The differential pressure switch is also called differential pressure switch or differential pressure controller. Generally speaking, it uses the differential pressure of two pressure pipes to send out electric signal (switch contact signal). When the differential pressure of two ends of the series of pressure pipes increases (or decreases) and exceeds the set value of the differential pressure controller, the microswitch inside the differential pressure switch sends out signal to control the reversing valve or monitor the lubrication system. Then the valve will be opened (or closed) to reduce the pressure difference between the two ends of the system liquid pipe, so as to achieve the normal operation of the system.
So what is his use? It can be widely used in large, medium and small air-cooled or water-cooled chillers which use plate heat exchanger, sleeve heat exchanger and shell and tube heat exchanger to control water flow and monitor the state of water pump and water filter.
